What's the best followup/retargeting strategy

hi, i am trying to promote some ecom offers on bing ads.
i understand that unless its a buyer keyword, the traffic will not lead to conversions in the first shot.

an average user would probably see my lander and then do some research on the product further before making a purchase.

so what is the best way to follow them up.

i am thinking of retargeting on google display network, with banners.

are there any other or better ways ?

Hi yes retargeting works well - definitely worth testing. You can retarget on Facebook too.
