Can anyone join the vault media even if he/she is not a member of the powerhouse affiliate?

To be approved for a CPA network account you need a referral from someone who has actually sent traffic to any offers in the network, or be a paid member of Powerhouse Affiliate.

I signed up in the vaultmedia last July 13, 2017. I haven't received any feedback yet. How long is the approval's processing time?

Did you ever receive an email. check your junk folder in your email as well. Usually within 72 hours.
