Already banned on Bing?

I recently started Bing Ads with the offer that Joey suggested with us, using OPT3 with his shared landing page. And it appears that they already decided to ban with no chance of appeal because it appeared I was scamming and guaranteeing that people would make money? Even though I read through and there was no claim that anyone would for sure make money. I would just adjust the page but it already seemed like a pretty harsh ban on a first offense. Should I try to go for an appeal anyways? Another route I can take or something else I should try? Just want to see some progress.

This is very strange indeed. Was it the first ad you ever ran on your own domain?

Were you using ads that made claims?

On the Youtube video you posted where you shared your Landing Page with OPT3, I just followed the instructions and used the same landing page(With some tweaks but making no claims). When I had called and asked why they banned me they claimed I was asking for personal information without a privacy policy. However I told them that on your site there was one at the bottom of the page but I was still denied. The support was actually on my side and saw nothing wrong with the landing page but their supervisor said to deny me. They kept changing the reason as to why they were banning me.

I'm thinking about maybe just switching to something like Native Ads and doing a casino offer like you did in your case study because I tried reasoning with them politely to no avail.

I was running casino on Revcontent after watched native ads case study. I have run this campaign for 2 weeks and Joey helped me a lot with this campaign. I got 23 conversions from this campaign ,still not profitable but I got a lot of knowledge from this campaign.
