Weeding through upwork rubbish..

I have been posting a few jobs lately on upwork for designers and coders and its crazy how much rubbish there is on there now...

For example I posted a job and entered in some login details for people to check the design requirements but I put the wrong login credentials.

I had about 15 applicants within minutes and all of them said they reviewed my deisgns and could do the job to perfection...and only 1 of them said the credentials were wrong...

Lol, that's the reason many employers would place a mysterious word within the JD, and would ask to mention it in the proposal if they really read the entire job carefully.
