setting up affiliate disclosure on website?

do you have any tips for setting up aff disclosure on web page ? do i have to state disclosure ON the page or can i link out to it? apologies of there is already a blog about it on here that ive missed

I usually only put it in the terms of the website or at the very bottom. I have not been overly concerned about putting it near every link out.
