i hate complex signatures
so i just use the basic

• Name, role and business name
• Short tagline that describes what your business is about
• Few of your best contact details, but not all of them
• Small images and logos
• Colours: grey or black base text and subtle highlights
• Promote your social media pages using social media icons
• Use a smaller font size
