Hello Everyone,
I need some really good advice or my Google ads account may not get reinstated and this is my only source of income. So, I can easily say that not getting my account reinstated would be devastating. So, here goes:
I tried to setup an advertising campaign in India today and Google suspended my account immediately. They say that I violated the suspicious payment policy. This is a fairly new account and I have received 2 suspensions prior for suspicious payment activity that I cleared up fairly easily. This appeal form is different and is asking question that I feel if I dont answer exactly right I am not going to get my account reinstated. Any advice on what to do? Should I hire a company called the stubgroup to help with my situation? They supposedly specialize in helping people get their Google Ads accounts reinstated. I have attached a couple pictures that I took of the question they want me to answer.

Suspicious payments is really easy to clear up. If you are an affiliate and doing USA traffic etc, just put that in the country you are serving ads to. The rest is easy to fill out. You are not an agency, you are not advertising your own products (assuming you are an affiliate) , fill in the domain you are using for your landing pages, then your billing details . I would also attach a copy of my ID and the credit card statement of the card you are using. Then in a day or 2 its sorted

I literally just had this happen to me today and got it back. Send them an email saying you are the card owner. Include a copy of your identification (i used my passport), send a clear picture of the front and back of your credit card, and a copy of your last statement with a billing from Google. It took about 4 hours for them to review and reactivate.

Thank you for the response back. I already did that for the 2 other suspicious payment activity that I had to clear up. This one is different as there are saying that I violated the Suspicious Payment Policy. The keyword there is policy, and the question they are asking are different.

Was it for suspicious payment activity? Or, was if for violating the Suspicious Payment Policy. The two are very different.
