Hi, I am seeking a recommendation on a mobile ad network that can push quality traffic (real visitors) from mobile devices. The key here for me is the ability to target down to the city.
MGID only allows state-level targeting, so they are out.
I don't care about conversions (odd, I know). I just want to run quality clicks so foot traffic shows up on the property I'm sending them to so visitors will click around and boost engagement metrics.
