MASTERMIND THREAD - HIghly profitable cpl campaigns with native ads

Ok, So I have two options to run on Revcontent. I already have a Voluum account and I can use their DSP, this will give me access to revcontent, MGID and other Native networks. I don't currently have an account on Revcontent. I imagine it would be better to run on the "actual" revcontent because I would think there is some margin added to traffic if I use the Voluum DSP. Also, doesn't look like the blacklist will work, as they don't seem to be referencing the sources by IDs, but web addresses.

Any thoughts on this or DSPs in general?

I always prefer to work directly on the ad networks yes. I don't like the idea of the added click costs, and another potential party involved in looking at my data. But some people find value in those brokers I call them...basically they sometimes offer better automatons like "auto pause' placements based on rules.

As for the blacklist do you see this option?

Makes sense. I will go with the "actual" Revcontent. Ahh, I see the account Blacklist now.. Thanks!

I have been running on Revcontent for 2 days, 2 conversions. My Ctr is low, highest is .1 %. I started with really low bids around .05 because I wanted to make sure everything was tracking. I have gradually moved that up and my bids are now at $.17.

How do I know when to start thinking about swapping out ads and headlines? # of clicks, Impressions.. Some other metric?

Also, at the moment all of my traffic is coming from one site. I think I may have to increase my bids to get more traffic..

The reason for low CTR could very well have been because you started at 0.05 cents. This means the network would have put your ads below the fold likely and on poor quality sites.

As for when to swap ads its tough until you see enough conversion data. But on that note you can probably guage the better CTR ads after 2000 impressions. Better CTR doesn't always mean a better converter, but at the start of a campaign when you have less conversions I think it's a good piece of data to focus on to optimize for.

Hi Joey, i am struggling with setting up targeting on Bemob with Revcontent. the postback URL says i have to replace something, talked to a revcontent rep and redirected me to S2S setup page which didn't help much. What do I have to change in Bemob to ensure proper tracking? thanks

2 things:

1. First confirm with your rep what your API key is. You have 'REPLACE' in there
2. confirm you are receiving the <uuid> data into bemob. Check your stats and filter for that external id.

ok, I have replaced it with my API key! Thank you

and to check my stats and filter for that external id, how would i go about that?

also in the video, you set up the postback URL for revcontent's campaign tracking pixel on your network, if i am running a clickbank offer, do they have that available?

Good questions - i believe on CB you have to use the postback.

As for external id not sure you can see it actually...but the api key should fix your issue. (assuming you are using the right link structure in your ad url)

Hey Joey! How's it going? Question: Do you still recommend Casino offers with this training? I've noticed that the Casino offers are becoming limited nowadays. I would imagine this training would work well with any CPA offer that is currently converting correct? What other offers would you recommend besides Casino CPA offers? Also, have you tried this strategy on Voluum DSP. Excellent training man!

Casino will be live and well forever. It is one of those niches that never dies like dating, make money online, dieting etc. Check out Caisno Rewards if you need the best offers.

Now with that being said, I recently tested a dating SOI offer from Maxbounty in my Adsterra case study that shows promise but I think it is more suitable for push ads.

If you don't have a maxbounty account the I would suggest getting one. They have offers in almost any niche and tons of lead offers that you don;t generally see elsewhere.

So for example solar leads, mortgage refinance, crypto investing, diet and diabetes, other health problems all work well on native.

If you want to use my MB referral link it may help get approved faster - https://dayjobhacks.com/maxbounty

Lastly you asked about Voluum DSP. I have never used it and I have seen simmilar things in the past which is basically just connecting to multiple sources of native ads. I prefer not work through a 3rd party like voluum, and to work directly with my native ad platforms like Taboola.

Thanks Joey! Yeah I have a MaxBounty account but I have never used it...I guess I will be now!

Is "Casino Rewards" a source for casino offers? If so, would you happen to have the URL to the site? I'll apply today.

Also, are you still running affiliate offers on Facebook? I'm sure you know that the tracking is abysmal. What have you heard on methods or solutions for overcoming these third party tracking problems for affiliate marketers? It's not looking good man.

Thanks for your help and feedback.

I am still running Facebook ads yes - (not as much as the past just because it is so ban happy)

Tracking is fine as long as you use a platform that can post conversions via API or S2S. I never really saw any major hurt from the Apple updates either tbh.

Here is link for casino rewards...it is directly through the casino so better payouts. Also these guys are probably the biggest and best for SOI casino offers paying as high as $30 for name and email submit believe it or not.

Hey Joey... One more question for you....did Revcontent get rid of their targeting feature? I'm only seeing one tab and thats for Widget Targeting only. Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone, in the first video the conversion rate was as high as 23%, if I remember right, and that was for a signal name and email submit CPL offer. My question is with a credit card submit offer would the conversion rates be closer to 1%-5%.
