How long do you guys typically spend on doing market research and gathering data for an offer?

Great question. It's definitely one of the most important steps. As for me I have been in the same niches for years and I find market research is an ongoing thing. The common things like demo and geographic and interests typically takes a few hours in my experience. But angles, where they hang out online, pain points etc are ongoing research and testing.
