I would argue that it is NOT the best traffic source for CPA offers. Most advertisers hate this traffic and the quality is weak. However he is right in the fact it is CHEAP.

Spy tools I would argue Anstrex is better for push vs adplexity which is better for native ads.

His triple ROI calculation seems high but if running pure SOI offers its doable on some placements but would really need to be aggressive at getting rid of bad traffic.
