How to use an ad rep?

Hey everyone, I recently switched from bing to native
I'm using mgid, so I'm wondering what type of questions I can ask my ad rep to help me gain some advantage over others?

Mostly keep the questions related to setups and optimizations. They are good at helping at this level.

The help you may get will depend a lot on how much your budget is and the rep that you have.

The bigger the budget you have will increase the chances of getting real help.

You may not get any of these things, but they are what I would ask for.

Bid Suggestions
Example of profitable images/ads and maybe even landers?
Black/whitelists
Day or week parting suggestions
Other targeting suggestions they think will help
