If you want to setup a FB Pixel to track conversions, follow the instructions below:
1.) Log into your Facebook Ads Manager
2. Click The Menu in the top left corner and then click 'Events Manager'
3. Name your pixel and click 'Manually Install Pixel Code Yourself'
4. Click the Pixel code to Copy to your clipboard
5. Open the index file for your website. Locate your </head> tag and paste your FB code directly above
6. It should look something like this when it's finished. Save the file.
7. Go back to your Events Manager, You should be on the Events Setup Wizard. Click Manually Install Event Code
8. From the list of events, click 'Purchase'
9. Enter the amount you get for each conversion and also the currency. Copy the event code to your clipboard.
10. Open the code for your Thank You page (After conversion/purchase) and locate your <body> tag. If you plan on firing your FB pixel code from your CPA Network, place this code on the index page for your landing page (Same page that you pasted the previous code)
11. Paste your Event code directly below your <body> tag.
12. Save your index file. Your pixel is not appear to be active yet. Browse to the page that has the code to fire the pixel and it will change to active status.
