Google/Bing Search ads with CPA listicle offers?

hi new here! thx Joey for all the tips!
i see there's webiner on listicle + CPA (ecomm) on google ads/bing.
I wonder will it works for search ads (not display) for listicle for CPL offers?
further i dont see ppl try to capture email with listicle or i think at least its not that workable?

whats u guys view on these 2 items? many thx!

Listicles are a bit tough on search because most people on search are searching for something specific. Sometimes it works well targetting words like"birthday gift ideas" or valentines day gifts, or fathers day ect...

IMO Google display is easier to manage but their rules are more strict. Native would be next. Push ads are generally poor quality.
