Clicks but no sales...

Third day of running search ads, here is my stats thus far. Cost: $122, Impressions: 4.1k, Click: 298, Conversions (Leads): 23. No sales yet :(

What should I do?

Too many unknowns for anyone to be able to help here....

For example, what country are you targetting, what ads are you using or how many? What is your LP CTR? What is the offer? What niche? What KWs are getting the most clicks and no sales?
