Could you give a slight description of what that link is showing, I'm not too clear what you mean just yet

If you are clicking the vault media tracking links and they arent going to the offer its likely because you are clicking the link in the wrong country that offer allows. For example if offer accepts US traffic and you click the link from Canada you will be sent to the global redirect.
