Autoresponder to promote Loans

I was using an autoresponder to promote Loans and was suspended because promoting loans goes against their terms of use. What autoresponder would you recommend, or do you use, to promote Loan offers? Do you have any compliance issues?

Which autoresponder were you using? I use Aweber....but that's pretty dumb that an autoresponder blocks you for that...
