Codewise, a marketing and domain monetization company has been acquired by CentralNIC. The company runs ZeroPark and Voluum. The founder of these two monetization units was earlier an employee of Elephant Traffic, which was later sold to the Team Internet. Both the companies are focused on affiliate marketing where affiliate marketers get paid for referring customers as well as can buy traffic. They have around 6,000 customers. Some 140 employees of Codewise will be added to CentralNic's headcount.
